God calls us to a life of obedience and submission. We can never be all that God wants us to be nor reach the fulness of the stature of Jesus Christ until we completely surrender to God (see Ephesians 4:13). God has more for us than we can begin to imagine (see 1 Corinthians 2:9-10). We can never receive all that God has until we “say no” to ourselves. The things that God has for His children are revealed to us only through the Spirit. Therefore, we must be in total communion and fellowship with Him to know His will and purposes for our lives.
